Your monthly membership covers unlimited visits, extended appointments, and direct access to your provider—all without copays or hidden charges.
Many of our members find that they save money each year by avoiding unnecessary ER visits, urgent care, and specialist copays, while receiving more personalized, accessible care.
Here is an example of how I can help save you and your family money.
All Comprehensive Primary Care services are included in your membership fee.
One-time sign-on fee / $100 / applies to each new patient*

*A sign-on fee for a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice helps cover initial administrative costs, secures the patient’s commitment to the membership model, and accommodates the extended appointment time for the first visit, typically lasting 60–90 minutes.
*Maximum of 2 enrollment fees per family membership
*Additional re-joining fee as prior/returning patient / $300
** Family consisting of partnered members regardless of gender and their dependents under the age of 18

We are unable to treat you if you have Medicare or workman's comp.
Sick visit Rate: $120
Additional in-office testing is available
$15 per test (Flu and RSV)
No additional charge for EKG, urinalysis, pregnancy test, strep test, glucose
